
Most of us are obsessed with the aging process. When we're young we want to be old and when we're getting on, we wish for a magic potion to reverse the process. The approach of retirement only makes things worse. What will we do to fill the time spent at work and work-related activities? How will we deal with the infirmities certain to afflict us in our declining years? Those of who have made the transition to retirement have learned that an active lifestyle plays a major role in slowing down the process of aging. Here are some of the choices I have made to stay active in retirement.
